We are a consulting firm specializing in helping established companies and start ups to expand within their existing markets and beyond. As a European based firm (Madrid, Spain), we´re perfectly located to travel and work in different regions (EU, ME&A, USA & LATAM).

Due diligence
Any M&A process starts with a deep understanding of the seller’s financials, the contracts, customers, providers, partners and all pertinent information that clarifies decisions about the deal.
From our experience, in the best cases, the seller takes a minimum of 1 month to supply this information – usually 3 months. With our support to the seller, this phase can be faster AND more thorough, giving you a more complete and holistic view of the company you may merge with or acquire.
